Cybertek is able to offer 2 different e-mail solutions for businesses using your own domain Eg: info@yourname.co.za, accounts@yourname.co.za, joebloggs@yourname.co.za OR email accounts at our domain
Eg: yourname@cybertek.co.za
Option One: Individual Mailboxes
Suitable for smaller clients who either run no network or no internet software on their network
| These are full POP3 accounts each with password protection to ensure privacy. With this option, your mail can either be checked using conventional mail software eg: Outlook Express or, if you are away from you own computer on holiday or business travel, you can check your mail and send mail using our webmail feature. |
Option Two: Mail Gateways
Suitable for larger clients running networks with Mail Exchange/Internet software and permanent connections.
| Effectively what we do is create a large mailbox on our mail server into which all your mail goes. Your server is then set to dial up hourly (or as often as required) to collect mail. Once it gets transfered onto your server, the server sorts it and sends it to the relevent desktop of the person for whom it was destined. |

To setup an autoresponder for your email account, please email support@cybertek.co.za providing us with the email address for which to setup the autoresponder, the message you wish do have displayed within the autoresponder, as well as the time period during which the autoresponder will be in effect.
